ATM

Located near the main lobby. Major credit cards are accepted for cash transactions.

Business Services

Fax messages for guests should be sent c/o The BALSAMS Grand Resort Hotel, 603-255-4221. Guests wishing to send fax messages should deliver them to the front desk. There is a small charge for facsimile service. Photocopying, stenography and typing services are also available through the front desk.

Concierge

For assistance with anything during your stay, concierge services are found in the guest reception area.

Federal Express

Fed Ex offers delivery and pick-up at The BALSAMS Monday through Friday at 3:00PM. Since we’re considered a remote location, 10:00AM delivery to the resort is not guaranteed. However, outgoing materials are given “overnight” status. Advance notice is required. Overnight deliveries are also available through the U.S. Mail and UPS when received by 1:00PM.

Church Services

A schedule of Colebrook church services is posted on the lobby bulletin board. Catholic Mass is scheduled regularly in The BALSAMS Theater.
